In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of Ford's digital transformation, leading the design, development, and optimization of complex industrial solutions that support manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product development initiatives. You will act as a technical leader, delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions that enable Ford to become a data-first, AI-enabled organization. While the role is primarily hands-on and technical, you will also contribute to hiring, mentoring, and setting technical standards across the engineering teams.
