Software Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Software Engineer. The role is located in Białystok, with some opportunities for working from home. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions, perform code reviews, and ensure the highest levels of quality and performance in the software delivered. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering processes. Qualifications Proficiency in software design, development, and maintenanceExperience with technologies such as .NET, C#, and cloud servicesAbility to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesExperience with large-scale data management and analysis is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
