Software Engineer SpecialistCCA Technology – CMS Digital Engineering team is currently looking for Software Engineer Specialist servicing the Cash Management application for our Commercial and Corporate and Small Business customers. This developer will be working with a team of developers in Toronto and India to implement the solution.Typical Day in the Role: Design, develop, and implement cloud based applications, using in-demand languages and technologies (e.g. Java 8, Spring boot ) Must Have (5 years or more)Experience working with authenticated, customer focused applicationsExperience in Core Java, Java 8, Java 17Experience with JSF, Spring Core frameworkExperience with Spring, Spring boot, JDBC.Experience in WebSphere and Linux OSExperience with React or ReduxExperience working with json-web-token authorizationExperience working with database technology such as SybaseExperience in working with scalable containerized systems in public cloud (Azure, Kubernetes)Strong experience with APM tools, such as Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.Have a proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitComfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.Knowledge in Object Oriented and Functional DesignDeep knowledge of Agile principles, and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environmentsExcellent communication, including ability to distil technical details into human terms Nice-To-HaveAgile/Scrum - FI/Banking experience
