Drive development efforts from the initial idea to release to customer adoptionDrive innovation in our tech stackEnsure our application is stable, performant, and scalesCollaborate: With other Engineering team members to ensure high code quality, knowledge sharing, and ensuring our application is stable and future-proofWith both the Product and Customer Success teams to resolve technical issuesWith the Product team to help estimate the technical costs of new features, identify potential risks, and suggest solutions that meet both explicit and implicit requirementsParticipate in on-call to ensure system stability and uptimeLearn:

Establish deep technical knowledge of specific parts of the product suiteSkills Knowledge and Expertise3-5 years experienceStrong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScriptKnowledge of Node. js and ExpressFluency with one or more modern web application frameworks, such as React or Vue. Nuxt. js is a plus. Knowledge of MongoDBExperience with writing scalable and performant code.

Knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5 & CSSUnderstanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workaroundsExperience building microservices and serverless code/lambda functionsUnderstanding accessibility and server-side security complianceCreating database schemas that represent and support business processesImplementing automated testing platforms and unit testsProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHelpful: experience with PDF generation libraries, templating languages such as PUG, and CSV parsingWorking at CoursedogHealthcare, Dental & VisionWe follow a fixed contribution model to ensure equity and transparency.
