GP Infotech is a leading software solutions provider specialising in enterprise systems for logistics, warehousing, and pharmaceutical distribution. As we continue rolling out our cutting-edge Warehouse Management System (WMS) across pharmaceutical warehouses in South Africa, we are seeking skilled and engaging Software Instructors to train and empower end-users on-site.Role Overview:As a Software Instructor, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful user adoption of our WMS at multiple pharmaceutical warehouse(s). You will deliver hands-on training to depot staff, create clear instructional materials, and act as the primary resource for users to gain confidence and proficiency with the system.Key Responsibilities:Deliver on-site / remote training sessions to warehouse staff on WMS functionality, workflows, and best practices.Assess user proficiency and tailor training approaches to match skill levels and operational needs.Create and maintain instructional content, including guides, checklists, and quick-reference materials.Provide post-training support to reinforce learning and ensure correct system usage.Document training attendance, user progress, and feedback to support continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with GP Infotech’s central support and technical teams to stay aligned with system updates and training requirements.Promote user confidence by fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.Requirements:Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Training & Development, IT, Software, or a related field. IT-qualified candidates will be given first preference.Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.Well-developed documentation and organisational abilities.Quick learner with the ability to master new software tools rapidly.Willingness to travel Own transport.Preferred Attributes:Prior experience in software training, user onboarding, or instructional design.Experience with warehouse, logistics, or enterprise systems.Fluency in additional languages is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a transformative national project in healthcare logistics.Work with a passionate and innovative team.Gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level software systems.Possibility of an extended contract based on performance during tenure in this project
