Software QA Engineer

The Mid QA Engineer role will be a proactive team member, supporting various projects by executing comprehensive testing plans, conducting quality assessments, and assisting in Web, Mobile and API automation. This role will contribute directly to project efficiency and success by ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating closely with team members to maintain rigorous testing standards.Qualification and ExperienceBachelors Degree in relevant technical discipline: BIM, BCA,BSCSIT, BIT4+ years of hands-on work experience in a software QA role. Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testingAnalyze requirements and identify test scenarios using test design techniquesPerform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality across web, API, and mobile platformsUse automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium to design and maintain UI and functional test scriptsConduct performance and load testing using JMeter, K6, or LoadRunner; analyze system behavior under varying load conditionsValidate RESTful APIs manually (Postman, SoapUI) and through automation frameworks (RestAssured, etc.)Verify backend data integrity and perform validation using SQL queries across databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQLCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TrelloManage and version-control test automation code using Git and integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Review and maintain QA documentation including Test Plans, RTMs, and Test Summary ReportsMonitor key performance metrics like response time, throughput, and latency to ensure system reliability and scalabilityConduct mobile application testing for Android and iOS platforms using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITestParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release readiness discussions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality softwareContinuously improve QA processes, frameworks, and automation coverage to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.Required SkillsSound knowledge of SQL, JMeter, API, JIRA, CypressJava, Selenium, Security Testing, PlaywrightHTML, CSS, DOMLearning AttitudeInterpersonal communication skillsBenefits of Working at F1Soft InternationalStellar opportunity to work with the rising companyThe amazing and passionate young team, beautiful office spaceTrust of biggest FinTech companyOne-of-a-kind company culture and growth opportunities to accelerate your career progression.How to apply?We are always keen to meet energetic and talented professionals who would like to join our team.
