Software Support SME ISummary:As a Software Support SME I, you’ll work directly with clients to resolve technical issues, guide them on product usage, and adjust configurations to meet their needs. You’ll be a subject matter expert, helping ensure smooth operations and excellent customer support.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including debugging and testing fixes.Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors.Provide training and create technical documentation.Lead incident management and ensure timely resolution.Mentor team members and support onboarding of new customers.Maintain customer satisfaction and meet SLA targets.Participate in recruitment and team development.Technical Skills:Experience with payment processing (ATM, POS, switching).Knowledge of ISO 8583, XML, SQL, Java, Linux, and web services (SOAP/REST).Strong debugging and analytical skills.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.Conversational English level mandatory9+ years in software support or development.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Ability to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced environment.
