We foster a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment where creativity, learning, and career growth are encouraged.Join our skilled, international team of developers and QA engineers based in Zabierzów, dedicated to building and testing next-generation embedded products and access control systems.What Would You Do As Our Software Test EngineerAs part of our team you will take a leading part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective testing strategies, collaboration, and technical excellence.You would also: Take a proactive leadership role in coordinating testing activities, mentoring junior team members, and sharing expertise to elevate team performance. Collaborate with test engineers to plan, implement, and execute automated and manual tests aligned with product requirements. Work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Agile Teams to design, implement, and test software for secure identity and access solutions. Design, develop, and maintain test methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Python, RobotFramework, Selenium, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, API testing). Create and improve best practices related to testing for the given Product Unit. The Skills And Experience You NeedWe are looking for someone who has: A minimum of 5 years of experience in software/firmware quality assurance, test execution, and test specification management for embedded products. Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (Python, RobotFramework, Selenium, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Experience with system tests, including hardware. Programming experience in object-oriented languages (e.g., C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python). Familiarity with Agile development workflows (Scrum, Kanban, XP). Knowledge of various test/development methodologies (BDD, TDD, Acceptance, Unit, System, Performance, Integration Testing). Proven leadership skills, including the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members, and to drive projects to successful completion. Ability to work effectively in international teams, complete tasks with minimal supervision, and demonstrate creativity and a passion for learning. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A strong command of written and spoken English. Nice to have: Knowledge of API technologies, security evaluation methodologies, cryptography, Secure Elements, RFID, NFC, HCE, BLE, and related applications such as IoT, secure access control, identification, authentication, and PKI. DevOps experience and familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, and Confluence.
