If so, you need to join our team to lead our Recovery Support Specialists who provide care for our women with children program. This position coordinates the Recovery Support component of a “women with children” residential program and oversight for seeing that there is sufficient coverage 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Trains and monitors staff performance; orders facility supplies, and makes suggestions for program and facility improvement.
The Direct Care Supervisor provides primary oversight of maintenance of residential apartments and common areas. Responsible for medication monitoring and training of staff. Maintaining inventory of all operating supplies and orders as necessary. Functions as a Recovery Support Specialist when the schedule requires. The work involves meeting quality assurance standards, licensing, credentialing and regulatory compliance, and achieving program and client outcome goals as applicable to women experiencing problems related to substance abuse, life skills, and parenting. Education: BS Degree in human services preferred but not required.
At least one year of paid experience required with two years’ experience in residential facility management, staff supervision, or equivalent combination of training and experience related to Drug & Alcohol or residential programs preferred. Position Qualifications: The ability to engage staff and clients in a professional and courteous manner along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
