The Junior Solar Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of solar power systems. Key Responsibilities- Site Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential installation sites, analyzing factors such as sunlight exposure, land topography, and existing infrastructure to determine optimal solar solutions. - PV Design: Create detailed photovoltaic (PV) system designs using industry-standard software, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local regulations and standards.- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, including structural and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of solar systems into existing projects.- Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support during the installation and commissioning phases, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring systems are operational and efficient.- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of project designs, specifications, and compliance reports.- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar technology and best practices, contributing to the company’s innovation initiatives.SalaryThe salary for this position is $600 per month, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and professional development.Qualifications- Experience: Previous experience in the solar industry or related fields, with a strong understanding of solar power systems and EV-stations.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PV design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar), and a solid foundation in electrical design principles.- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to evaluate complex data.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.- Project Management: Experience in project management is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices.
