Good relationship with the team there—strong group doing quality work.The firm's commercial practice comprises over 200 lawyers globally, handling significant cross-border technology transactions and digital transformation projects. They work with leading tech multinationals and emerging disruptors across sectors being transformed by technology.The role: Advising on commercial contracts with tech, IP and digital services elements. Focus on technology, media, entertainment and life sciences sectors. Cross-border work with colleagues internationally. Regulatory engagement. Business development expected.Requirements: Senior associate from a comparable firm—ideally a leading Irish or international practice. Strong commercial contracts background. Data protection and digital regulation experience essential. Tech sector exposure preferred.Hybrid working—three days per week in Dublin office.
