The Solution Architect will collaborate with our sales teams to design and define the solutions in Bang & Olufsen’s large VIP and high-end projects on a global scale; this role is the corporate face of our Technical Solutions team working closely with the sales team and Project stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesAs our new Solution Architect your focus will be to innovate, execute, and manage key technical aspects of our VIP projects. This includes inspiring and defining new exciting solutions and advising our professional sales staff on solutions across the world and:Professional Solution & System DesignInspiration &Experience consultationsSpecify & create new custom solutions aligned with Sales/R&D teams, including supporting sales and back-office teams in the technical side of the sales processIdentify, coordinate development of technical solutionsSource, collaborate, advise, and supervise installation teams appointed to implement B&O and non-B&O product solutions to commercially agreed targetsDefine/create documentation process on VIP projectsEvolve and help develop solutions for project installationsBe a highly skilled technical advisor and guidance for select VIP projectsHandover and training to customers and internal support structureTechnical guidance and design for Special Events What You BringWe are seeking a collaborative individual who is able to build trust across the organisation and with external partners and customers.
