Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Solution Architect in our Professional Services team, you'll provide expert project management governance and consulting, ensuring the successful implementation of Docusign solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, proactively communicating with clients and internal teams, and overseeing enhancement requirements and escalations. Utilizing the Docusign Project Management Methodology, you'll manage all project phases from initiation to closure, including risk mitigation. This critical role contributes directly to the success of our Professional Services organization, which partners with Fortune 500 IT departments, system integrators, and software manufacturers.This position is an individual contributor reporting to Director, Professional Services Japan.ResponsibilityManage projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery and guidance to project resources and our customers that provide impactful solutions and result in highly referenceable accounts enabling strong adoption, renewal and upsell consistentlyPlan, organize and manage all phases of a project to ensure customer satisfaction successfullyBe customer centric in style and approach, with a genuine desire to create and deliver value for customers throughout the project and deliver an outstanding customer experienceCollaborate with the Docusign team to proactively uncover additional customer needs and support documenting client requirements and expectationsMeet all Professional Services team success criteria including utilization target, customer satisfaction score and financial requirementsAdopt and evangelize our Docusign implementation methodology and provide ongoing input to maintain and enhance our methodologySupport organization initiatives to enhance and expand our team’s knowledge and our services offeringsMaintain up to date required product knowledge including connectors and partner products as appropriate for your role, independently Provide mentorship to less experienced team membersJob DesignationRemote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicBachelor’s degree or equivalent12+ years of experience managing enterprise projects and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget8+ years of experience with supporting client process optimization and change managementFluency in Japanese and Business level in EnglishPreferredMaster’s degree or equivalentProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationBackground in Software-as-a-Service project management and understanding of business operations and conceptsExperience using a CRM solution such as SalesForce.comSuperior communication skills to convey customer objectives, success strategies, and customer insights for internal and external stakeholdersProven track record of achieving Professional Services financial results while maintaining high customer satisfactionComfort in presenting to C suite executivesExperience using Smartsheets for project managementExperience working in one or more of the following industries: FinServ, Tech, Telecom, Healthcare, Real Estate, Insurance, Education, Public SectorLife at DocusignWorking hereDocusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
