We are waiting for your application for the position below!We are searching for skilled Solution Architects (external consultants) to serve as functional and technical design leaders within the S/4HANA program. The architects will be responsible for ensuring that business requirements, solution design and SAP best practices are consistently aligned across global template creation, build, integration and rollout phases.The SA will collaborate closely with enterprise architects, other SAs and vendor teams to translate business needs into scalable and standardized S/4HANA solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead functional/technical solution design for one or more SAP S/4HANA domainsEnsure alignment with the global S4 template architecture and governanceTranslate business requirements into robust solution alternatives and design decisionsPrepare and validate functional designs, integration specifications and configuration guidelinesReview vendor solution proposals, challenge assumptions and ensure compliance with architectural principlesAct as design authority for module-specific areasSupport cross-stream integration topics (FI–CO–MM–PP–EWM, Master Data Management tool, interfaces, reporting)Contribute to RFP/RFI evaluation from a solution perspectiveEnsure that architectural standards, naming conventions, harmonized data models and global template rules are respectedSupport test planning, cutover preparation and hypercare solution validationUse UML, BPMN, C4 modelling, architectural views to document solutionsDesign cross-system integrations using standard integration patterns (API, event-driven, IDoc, middleware orchestration)Create and validate logical data models, data flow diagrams, interface contractsScope Areas (Module-Specific) Manufacturing & Supply Chain (PP / PM / MM / SD)Manufacturing architecture: PP, MRP, shopfloor integrationPlant maintenance conceptual designMaterial management and procurement architectureIntegration with costing and financeProduct data model harmonizationIntegration with Master Data Management tool, group reporting, BI/analyticsRequirements7–10+ years of SAP Solution Architect or senior consulting experienceStrong understanding of SAP data model, integration principles and best practicesAbility to produce high-quality solution documentationExperience in large‑scale enterprise transformation programs or project implementations.Fluent written and spoken EnglishStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAdvantagesExperience in global template design and rolloutsDeep expertise in SAP functional module group (PP/PM/MM)S4HANA project experience (template build or rollout)Background in multinational corporate environmentsPharma or life sciences sector knowledgeExperience with SAP BTP, cloud integration or Master Data ManagementUnderstanding of analytics, reporting and AI capabilitiesWhy We Think You Will Love Working HereWith us you count as a person, our doors are always open.We live the Qualysoft Team Spirit and stand for transparency!Fresh wind and new ideas are welcome, because standstill is a foreign word at Qualysoft.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
