emagine is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect for our client within the construction industry to take charge of architectural direction and actively drive progress within one of their major development initiatives.This assignment requires a pragmatic, hands-on architect who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution.Start: ASAPEnd: 2026-05-31 (extension possible)Location: Stockholm, min 2 days/week at the officeAbout The RoleThis is a practical, execution-focused architectural role—not a high-level advisory position. You will lead and coordinate a team of approximately 10 solution architects, ensuring alignment, momentum, and clarity across the initiative.Your ability to make informed, pragmatic decisions and remove obstacles will be essential in keeping the program moving forward, while still upholding architectural quality.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the architecture team, ensuring structured progress and alignment with program goals.Contribute directly to solution design, integration work, and architectural decision-making—working close to the technology.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, actionable architecture.Ensure consistency across architectural domains, including applications, data, and integrations.Drive and facilitate design activities related to:Application business processesLogical information modellingEvent-based and service-oriented integration patternsRemove impediments, make pragmatic decisions, and maintain delivery momentum.Your profileExtensive experience as a Solution Architect in complex, enterprise-level environments.Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and coordinate architectural work across teams.Deep competence in integration patterns, information modelling, and enterprise architecture frameworks.Hands-on mindset—comfortable diving into design details when needed.Ability to balance delivery speed with architectural integrity, focusing on solutions that are both effective and fit for purpose.Fluid in Swedish and English
