Solution Consultant (Infrastructure)

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Presales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and support the sales process with technical expertise and presentations.Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.3 years of experience in a presales or solution architect role with a system integrator or IT services firm.Technical Skills: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, Servers & Storage, Networking, Virtualization & Cloud, Cybersecurity solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Customer-first mindset and ability to build technical credibility.Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Descriptions: Engage with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions (e.g., servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, network, security).Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC).Support RFP/RFI responses, including solution design and proposal documentation.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs).Assist in technical risk assessments and feasibility studies.Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams and technical documentation.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor certifications.Act as a technical advisor to the sales team and customers.
