Solution Consultant (Presale)

Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Product Sales and team to provide Pre-Sales and technical support related to the products Network , SecurityDesign solutions and provide BOM for the projectsPrepare presentations, Demos, POCs, statement of work(SOW) and TOR as neededConduct workshops, product update and product training to customers and business partnersSupport Marketing team on marketing campaigns, events, case studies, etc.Work closely with vendor and partners to ensure the success of the product QualificationBachelor's Degree or higher in IT fieldAt least 3 year of working experience in Pre-sales EngineerPrevious experience working within a technical pre-sales positionGood knowledge of IT Solution products such as Mitel, Cisco, AvayaAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical people in a way that is easy to understandPrevious experience working for a competitor or related products in a similar position would be a strong advantageAble to communicate in English (Speaking, reading and writing)Have analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn new technologies and business requirementsAbility to work independently and in a teamGood interpersonal skills
