This role provides critical support during the presales process, offering expert technical insights and strategic guidance to ensure alignment between client needs and our technical capabilities. It requires a strong blend of technical acumen, client-facing communication skills, and a consultative approach to ensure solutions are both innovative and achievable.In This Role, You Will Get ToMeet clients/partners together with our commercial and delivery teams, providing technical advice along the wayRepresent our technical teams, ask the right questions, gather requirements and ensure a well-defined scope for potential engagementsAssess feasibility and complexity and work closely with our engineering & data teams to design solution architecture and work out technical approachesSupport the development of technical proposals and contribute to various consulting activities, including solution demonstrations, client presentations, and defining the scope of workBuild close relationships with both our technical and commercial teamsHelp define new standards and ways of working to continuously optimize our technical approach to new engagementsYou'll Be Successful If You HavePast professional, hands-on experience in a (software) engineering role (e.g. Software Developer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, DevOps engineer, or similar)Good understanding of modern cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba cloud) and their offeringsA broad understanding of key functions across the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including data engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, UX/UI, and software developmentKnowledge of automation, design patterns, networking, scalability, etc.Excellent communication skills in both Thai and EnglishExperience engaging directly with clients to assess their needs and communicate complex technical concepts clearlyBusiness acumen and a practical understanding of commercial considerationsIt's a Plus If You HavePre-sales experience in a consulting environmentExperience in a client-facing roleCompleted certifications for cloud platformsUnderstanding of AI and Data Science principlesWhat are some benefits working at Sertis?
