Solution Designer O365

Location: Anderlecht Language: Dutch (C1), French (B1) and English (C1) Employment Type: Freelance Start Date: ASAP End Date: October 2027 Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job: You will play a lead role in both M365-based projects and content management projects connecting or integrating with M365. Having a lead role implies that you act as broker between business stakeholders, project manager, junior functionals and technical team members. Comparable to internal Product Owner. Requirements. Evaluation Criteria • Proven record of configuring and customizing M365 applications and M365 3rd party solutions based on customer requirements or specifications received • Proven record of creating functional designs for M365 based solutions • Proven record of making solution breakdowns and workload estimations leading to proposals • Proven record of capturing business needs and requirements (eg intake meetings, customer-facing work meetings) • Proven record of making solution documentations for client hand-over or maintenance activities • Proven record of performing ALM (Application Lifecycle management) activities • Proven record of interacting with M365 Admin centers • Proven record of familiarity with security and compliance requirements in daily work (M365 context) • Having hands-on experience with genAI and Agentic AI is a plus (provide 1-2 references) • Having hands-on experience with Syntex, AI Builder, Enterprise Search and RAG is a plus (provide 1- 2 references) Conformity Criteria • You have at least 4 years experience with the majority of M365 applications (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Viva Engage). SharePoint On-prem experience does not count. • You have proven experience (at least 2 customer or project references) with organizing and giving workshops • You have proven experience (at least 3 years) with sprint meetings, project meetings and project steerco's and know how to present and communicate in a professional way (at least 2 customer or project references) • You have at least 2 years experience in the domain of people transport or a company with a similar size and structure (22.000+ employees) • You are fluent in Dutch (at least C1 equivalent) and understand French (at least B1 equivalent) , English (at least C1 equivalent) is also to be used within the team in Client • You have a university degree or equivalent
