Solution Engineer / Architect

The role is a technical based role, mainly focused on providing technical consultations and solution architecting to customers. Quick, sound problem solving skills required to profile and handle situations and to ensure progressive sessions with customer. The main activities to be taken charge of would be the technical consultations session usually before project implementations. Key Responsibilities: Client facing presentations to provide sound, convincing technical solutions. (Virtual & On-Site) Proof of concept technical developments and installations using tools offered by the company. Strategic solution architecting, problem-solving, situational risk reward evaluation required for effective requirement solutioning. Potential APAC support and coverage.Documentations and proposal preparations.Requirements: Bachelor Degree (in relevant field preferred, else please provide relevant working experience in field) At least 2 years’ experience preferred in relevant industry or job nature. Candidates must be fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Preferably owns a vehicle, as travel to client sites may be required.Experience in any of the following: o Data Engineering o Data Warehousing o SQL expertise in any database family o Cloud Setup and Architecture o Data Science & Advanced Analytics o Visualization and Business Intelligence o Generative AI’ • Capabilities in any of the tools: o Talend o Snowflake o AWS o RapidMiner o Tableau o PowerBI o QlikSense o QlikReplicate o Denodo. Skills & Competencies:Presentable and able to communicate effectively, as the role will have customer facing elements.Technically aware from past experiences and/or having experience in any of the above.Strong goal driven mindset.Professional communication skills with external parties (customer, partner and vendor).Good to have: Project Management experience/awareness (in terms of activities, documentations).
