Further information on the company can be found on its website: www.essexlg.comAbout the Role: Solution Intelligence (SI) Senior ManagerLocation(s): PeruResponsibilities:SI Senior Managers lead client engagements end to end.They work with Essex Client Initiative Leaders along with senior leaders from the client organization to divide the engagement into multiple workstreams, develop the overall delivery plan and guide the team to ensure high quality delivery on-time.They work with a team of managers, specialists and analysts to frame hypotheses, formulate analysis plans, drive execution of analysis and synthesis of analysis into recommendations/ implementation plans and visibility solutions.SI Senior Managers cultivate a strong working relationship with Project Leaders in the client organization.They guide team members to engage client working team, stakeholders to gather data, socialize insights and recommendations, manage timelines & dependencies.SI Senior Managers are also proficient in synthesizing and packaging analysis for executive consumption and can lead presentations, tailoring messaging for different audiences.SI Managers have a strong background in analytics and have hands on experience in big-data analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Python or R.They have diverse experience in solving complex analytical problems such as forecasting, customer segmentation, predictive/ prescriptive analytics.They are expected to contribute to firm development and training in these areas and establish best practices for the team to implement.They also have strong aesthetic/ design sense demonstrated through experience in presenting to executives and/or experience in designing UI/UX of visualization solutions.SI Managers are required to collaborate with visualization experts and UI/ UX designers on development of large-scale visualization solutions. Qualifications:Graduate from Premier Educational Institutes, with excellent academic records12+ years of experience, preferably in analytically intensive roles within financial services or professional servicesProficient in Excel/ PowerPoint and one or more big data analytics languages - SQL, Hive, SAS, Python/PySpark and RExperience in leading and mentoring moderate to large teams (min. 5 team members)Experience in guiding UI/UX design of visualization products (Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI) or web/ iOS applicationsAbility to plan project delivery across workstreams, prioritize hypothesis areas, guide the team on delivery by translating hypotheses to on-ground analytical plan and tasksProficient in synthesizing analysis, recommendations for executive consumption and effectively delivering presentations across all levels (mid, senior, executive)Strong ownership mindset and experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders as well as engaging senior leaders and executives in the client organizationEnthusiasm to quickly learn, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work in an international environment with a global team and clients from diverse geographies Preferred Skills:Experience working in professional services firms and/ or banking, insurance or other financial institutionsAnalytical experience across multiple functional areasOpen to travel and exploring the worldWorking knowledge of statistical techniques and practical experience in developing AI/ ML models
