Obtaining customer-oriented mindset to drive Pulp & Paper customers beyond success?We are looking for a Solution Sales Manager to further strengthen our position in the Pulp & Paper automation market in the North Europe area.As a Solution Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales of Valmet Automations Solutions to our Pulp & Paper customers mainly in northern Sweden. Our solution portfolio includes Valmet DNAe Automation (DCS), Quality Management Systems (QCS, Machine Vision, Profilers) and Analyzers & Measurements as well as Optimization applications to our customers.You will join a team of Solutions Sales Managers responsible for sales in the Northern Europe area. In addition to working with your sales colleagues you would be working closely with Automation Solutions Business Group providing you the technical expertise in solutions and products. Lifecycle commitment is one of our fundamentals, and local service is an internal key stakeholder to you when answering customer needs.The position is in Sweden (Sundsvall or Karlstad preferred), and you have the ability to travel and meet customers regularly. The primary focus is on northern Sweden, with occasional travel across Scandinavia and Finland.PositionLeading and accountable for sales in defined area and solutions, mainly in northern SwedenManaging sales cases from development phase into contract signature including preparation of technical and commercial quotations and delivery contracts.Maintaining and expanding customer relationshipsResponsible for customer satisfaction and relationshipsTravelling up to 50% of the time, depending on location.Collaboration between Sales colleagues, Solution Managers, Service teams located in Scandinavia and in Finland.RequirementsTo be successful in this position you are expected to have:Customer focused approach with solid sales and negotiating skills.Experience in Pulp and/or Paper industry and processes. (Experience in e.g. Converting, Non-Woven or laminating is a plus).Understanding of sales contracts is a plus.Proactive ownership and accountability in driving customer success.Knowing Valmet Automation Solutions and/or automation solutions for the Pulp&Paper industry is an advantage.Willingness and ability to travel and actively visit customersFluent in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus).We offerJoin a team that’s shaping the future of automation in the pulp & paper industry.
