The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Solution Sales Professional!Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution and ExcellenceEngage with customers to identify digital transformation opportunities across Microsoft solution areas, including Modern Work, Security, Azure, Data, and AI.Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Microsoft’s value proposition and the customer's business objectives.Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and demos — both in person and virtually — showcasing the capabilities of Microsoft cloud services.Present and articulate the business value of Microsoft technologies in driving productivity, innovation, and security.Manage the sales pipeline with a focus on forecast accuracy and sustainable growth.Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts through effective account planning and stakeholder engagement.Scaling and CollaborationCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., Service Delivery, Account Management) to co-sell and deliver end-to-end Microsoft solutions.Build strong, trusted relationships with business and technical decision-makers within customer organizations.Partner closely with Microsoft representatives to align on joint priorities and maximize customer impact.Coordinate cross-functional resources to support key customer engagements and drive deal progression.Support commercial negotiations and ensure alignment on scope, value, and delivery outcomes.Technical ExpertiseAct as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across Microsoft solution areas, including Modern Work, Azure, Security, and Data & AI.Share best practices, use cases, and competitive insights to help customers make informed decisions.Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations that highlight how Microsoft technologies can solve real business challenges.Address technical concerns and guide customers through the evaluation, adoption, and implementation journey.Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving portfolio, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide relevant and forward-thinking recommendations.Our Requirements3+ years of experience in technology-related sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, especially in the areas of Modern Work, Security, Azure, Data, and AI.Proven experience in enterprise solution selling, including managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.Strong ability to build trusted relationships and conduct effective negotiations at various organizational levels.Passion for driving digital transformation through innovative, cloud-based solutions tailored to customer needs.Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey technical value in a business context.Working knowledge of cloud computing concepts and how they apply in business scenarios.Microsoft certifications (e.g. Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, or Data & AI) are a plus.Fluent in English and Russian (C1 level).
