You will manage high-value relationships within the Enterprise team, aligning customer needs with Altron’s comprehensive cloud and digital solutions portfolio.Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:Deliver consistent revenue growth across multiple financial yearsPosition Altron as a trusted advisorDeepen customer engagement and loyaltyNote: Proven experience in selling Cloud Services is essential.Key Responsibilities:Business Acquisition & Account Growth:Manage a defined portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accountsLead client conversations with a strong understanding of Cloud Services, industry use cases, and business benefitsDrive new business development and account expansionConsistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual ACV targetsLead account planning, opportunity management, and market strategyBuild long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholdersNegotiate commercial terms through value-based sellingCollaborate with internal teams (KAMs, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Partner Services)Customer-Centric Solution Selling:Deliver tailored, consultative solutions aligned with customer goalsPartner with Marketing and Business Units for impactful engagementsPresent Altron’s value proposition through demos, proposals, and business casesFoster strategic alignment with customer stakeholdersSales Execution Excellence:Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Business Unit Leads for accurate pricingPrepare professional proposals aligned with Sales Excellence standardsEnsure seamless handover to delivery teams for project executionMaintain pipeline health and provide accurate forecasts via CRMApply Altron’s sales methodology from prospecting to closureCapture customer intelligence and success stories for internal and external useRepresent Altron with professionalism and integrityQualifications:Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric)Preferred: Diploma or Certification in Sales, IT, or Business ManagementExperience Required:5+ years in:New business development and account management (consulting/cloud services)Selling Cloud Services and related platformsEnterprise B2B sales and value-based negotiationsInfluencing C-suite decisionsManaging complex, multi-year solution salesCore Skills & Tools:Skill / Tool - EssentialCloud Services (Sales Experience)Microsoft Office SuiteMicrosoft PowerPointPresentation & StorytellingClient Needs Assessment / WhiteboardingMindset & Behaviours:Customer Focus: Anticipates and meets evolving customer needsNegotiation & Conflict Management: Navigates complex agreements with tactAction-Oriented: Driven to achieve resultsAdaptability: Thrives in ambiguity and changeIntegrity: Upholds ethical standardsResults-Driven: Focused on delivering measurable outcomesCommunication: Persuasive across written and verbal formatsSelf-Development: Committed to continuous learningEmpathy & EQ: Inclusive, thoughtful, and emotionally intelligentGrit & Creativity: Resourceful and solution focusedHigh Moral Code & Humility: Values doing what’s right and being coachableBrand Representation: Projects a positive image of Altron.Disclaimer:Dear Applicant, we appreciate your interest in joining our organization.
