Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Arabic Speaking Solutions Account Manager to be based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.Duties and responsibilities: Must have both the technical, operational and commercial affinity to operate credibly within the Accounts or Vertical allocatedDemonstrable ability to deliver sustained sales results, including experience of large accounts, end user selling, growing existing customer accounts and developing new accountsMust be able to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbally in person and remotely using phone, web, social media, and email toolsProblem solving analytical skills, with the ability to work within a metric driven environmentAble to connect a customer with evidence or subject-matter experts to build customer confidence and credibilityAbility to work successfully in a fast paced and pressured work environmentDemonstrate a pro-active, flexible and pragmatic approachQualifications and skills:MBA or Bachelors in a Economics, Business or STEM degree, and with a track record of 5+ years in a professional Sales roleExperience of working within a medium to large sized international organization.Experience of successfully operating in a matrix environment.Experience of working with cross functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Product Development and FinanceDemonstrable knowledge of a variety of sales fundamentals including funnel management, account planning, proposition development, and negotiationExperience in a variant of a Value Selling processWorking experience of Miller Heiman Strategic Selling methodology is advantageousKSA Driving License and car.
