Solutions Architect

Position: SAP Solution ArchitectLocation: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)Industry: AutomotiveProject Type: Brownfield Implementation (S/4HANA)Duration: 12 MonthsWe are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the overall solution design and integration for a 12-month SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementation with a leading automotive client in Bangkok. The architect will define the enterprise architecture, ensure end-to-end process alignment across modules, and guide the technical and functional teams to deliver a cohesive, scalable SAP solution aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the overall SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for the brownfield implementation.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand current ECC landscape, identify gaps, and design the target architecture.Oversee integration across SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, and TM) and with non-SAP systems.Provide strategic guidance on system conversion, data migration, and process optimization.Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and automotive industry standards.Validate and review functional and technical designs from module leads to maintain solution consistency.Lead design authority reviews and manage change impact assessments.Support UAT, cutover, and go-live phases, ensuring system readiness and business continuity.Mentor functional consultants and ensure adherence to project methodology and governance frameworks.Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to align timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.RequirementsMinimum 15+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years as SAP Solution Architect.Proven experience leading S/4HANA brownfield or greenfield implementation projects.Strong cross-functional expertise in FICO, SD, MM, PP, and EWM.Hands-on experience in SAP integration, data migration, and system landscape design.In-depth understanding of SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA conversion tools.Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive architectural decisions.Must be available onsite in Bangkok for the full project duration.
