Solutions Architect

The Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect will lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across CRM and ERP modules. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise, with a focus on aligning business needs to the platform’s capabilities and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and functional consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that drive digital transformation, streamline processes, and enhance customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, or Supply Chain).Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures.Define integration strategies with Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and third-party systems.Create and maintain solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.Provide governance and quality assurance across solution delivery.Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to ensure deliverables align with scope and timelines.Oversee technical teams in configuration, customisation, and development.Conduct system reviews and recommend performance and security improvements.Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and data protection standards (GDPR).Support user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities.Key Skills & ExperienceEssential:Proven experience (5+ years) as a Dynamics 365 Architect or Senior Consultant.Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O modules.Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure integration services.Expertise in solution design, customisation, and deployment.Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and working in Agile/DevOps environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.Experience with data migration and API integrations.Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD for Dynamics.Background in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
