Solutions Architect

About the Role:We’re seeking a Solution Architect / Engineering Lead to oversee and guide our cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, and mobile). Acting as the CTO’s shadow, you’ll lead a team of 20+ developers, ensuring technical excellence, collaboration, and delivery efficiency.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Design and oversee microservices architecture and system integrations using Java (Spring Boot). • Collaborate closely with DevOps, product, and leadership teams to ensure smooth technical execution. • Foster a people-oriented, growth-driven team culture with strong communication and collaboration.Requirements: • Proven experience in microservices architecture and system integration. • Strong hands-on background in Java (Spring Boot). • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coaching skills. • DevOps exposure is a plus.Work model: Fully On-site for the probation period, and will then be changed to hybrid [3 days onsite].
