Our team culture thrives on trust, collaboration, and technical excellence, empowering every member to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and communities.Your ImpactAs a Solutions Architect at Cisco KSA, you will play a key role in shaping the technology strategies of our Public Sector clients. Working in a pre-sales capacity, you will partner closely with Account Managers to develop tailored, business-driven solutions and articulate the financial and strategic value of Cisco’s portfolio. You’ll deliver technical presentations, lead proof-of-concepts, and design architectures that demonstrate Cisco’s innovation across networking, security, cloud, and automation. Your ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes will position Cisco as a trusted advisor to Saudi Arabia’s government and enterprise stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications6+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution design, or systems engineering.Deep expertise in Cisco technologies or equivalent competitor solutions.Strong understanding of networking, security, data center, and cloud domains.Proven experience engaging with enterprise or public-sector clients.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.CCIE certification preferred.Preferred SkillsAdvanced knowledge in SD-WAN, ACI, DNA, SASE, AI, Cloud, Automation, and Digital Transformation.Experience with AI/ML, Cloud-Native applications, Kubernetes, and Docker.Familiarity with MLOps, AIOps, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong technical consulting and solution-building skills, with the ability to define trade-offs and integrate Cisco technologies into broader architectures.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating Cisco’s value to both technical and executive audiences.Programming skills are an advantage.Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Why Cisco?At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
