Your expertise will help secure the best products and services necessary for our rapidly growing environment.Main Responsibilities: Strategic Procurement ManagementDevelop and implement procurement strategies focused on sourcing technology-related goods and services in support of Qiddiya's operational goalsLead the negotiation process with suppliers to achieve favorable contract conditions and pricingConduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in technology procurementEnhance procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service quality Vendor Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the performance aligns with Qiddiya's standardsManage assessments of vendor performance and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure objectives are metFacilitate communication between technical teams and suppliers to ensure seamless integration and support Compliance and ReportingEnsure all procurement activities adhere to organization policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsPrepare comprehensive reports that detail procurement expenditures, vendor performance, and achievement against targetsAssist in budget management by monitoring procurement spend and forecasting needs based on operational requirementsRequirementsAt least 7-10 years of experience in technology procurement, with significant exposure to supply chain management and contract negotiationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional accreditation (CIPS or equivalent) is a plusIn-depth knowledge of technology products and the procurement marketExceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and market research toolsStrong communication skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageousExperience working in the Gulf region, with a good understanding of the local business practices and supplier landscape is preferredBenefitsAttractive compensation and benefits package
