In this role, you will be at the heart of the sales process: shaping secure, scalable solutions, delivering impactful demos and proofs-of-concept, and guiding customers through complex technical decisions. You build credibility with senior stakeholders (Lead Architects, CIOs, CISOs), design enterprise-grade solution architectures, influence vendor and partner strategy, and establish repeatable processes that enable our sales teams to scale successfully.How you’ll make a differenceLead complex technical discussions with prospects and their architecture teams, defining integration points, deployment models, and technical constraints.Support the sales organization through qualification, solution design, and closing stages.Anticipate technical objections early, propose mitigations, and balance design trade-offs to accelerate deals.Build credibility with both business stakeholders (C-level, procurement) and technical counterparts (IT, architecture, and security teams).Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pilot implementations.Process Design & Operational ExcellenceDefine, document, and continuously improve pre-sales workflows from demo request through pilot and production handover.Develop and maintain reusable assets such as demo environments, architecture templates, discovery checklists, and competitive analysis materials.Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline technical engagement and ensure consistent delivery quality.Strategic Vendor EvaluationResearch, benchmark, and recommend POS software and hardware vendors based on scalability, ecosystem compatibility, total cost, and compliance requirements.Develop short-, medium-, and long-term vendor partnership strategies aligned with corporate goals and technology roadmaps.Security, Compliance & GovernanceLead or support responses to security assessments, RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence processes (PCI, ISO, GDPR, SOC 2).Partner with internal architecture and compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet required standards and are transparently communicated to external stakeholders.What makes you a great fitAble to travel 25–50% across Europe and the UK for client site visitsMin. 2–3 years’ experience in project management, sales, operations, or IT service delivery, with strong tracking and risk management skillsFluent in English is essential; French, German, or Dutch is a plusStrong stakeholder management skills with experience in client-facing or sales roles and confident presentation abilitiesHighly detail-oriented, pro-active and persistent, with a strong follow-up mindsetStrong systems and process thinking, with the ability to document and improve workflowsTechnically curious and eager to refine tools and processesBonus: experience with Jira, Asana, or Monday.comWhy join usOpportunity to join at an early stage, making a visible impact in a fast-scaling startupReal influence on how our products and processes evolve, with freedom to innovateA collaborative, creative, and transparent culture where contributions are recognizedA spacious, shiny, dog-friendly office in the heart of Budapest with great transport, tasty snacks, and vibrant team eventsHigh-tech equipmentFlexible working hours and hybrid approachCompetitive salaryDetailsStart: As soon as you are readyLocation: Budapest - we operate with an office-first approach, typically requiring 3-4 days per week in-officeContract: PermanentCompensation: Competitive package based on experienceWe’re looking forward to receiving your application!
