Solutions Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Solutions Engineer at Hydrocore Limited. The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for integrating proprietary technical solutions for clients, engaging in pre-sales and technical consulting discussions, and ensuring smooth implementation of Hydrocore’s advanced firefighting systems. Day-to-day tasks include providing expertise to potential and existing clients, collaborating with sales and engineering teams to understand requirements, designing customized solutions, and ensuring their seamless deployment and testing. Qualifications Experience in fire protection design to deliver and support technical solutionsProficiency in Consulting and Presales activities, including understanding client needs and demonstrating solutionsKnowledge of Sales practices related to technical products and servicesStrong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work in a detail-oriented mannerExcellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clientsBachelor’s degree in EngineeringExperience in the manufacturing or firefighting industry is an advantageWillingness to travel for client meetings and project requirements if needed
