In this high-impact role, you will own the technical relationship with our customers—from the initial spark of a demo to the long-term success of a full-scale deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales teams to build and progress the opportunity pipeline, win new customers, and drive renewals and account growth.Conduct the full range of customer-facing pre-sales activities, including presentations, product demos, consultative solution selling, requirements analysis, POCs, competitive analysis, and technical deep-dive sessions.Act as the Technical Account Manager for assigned customers—ensuring their technical success through deployment guidance, configuration assistance, training, integrations, consumption optimization, and ongoing relationship management.Engage with prospects and customers through online and onsite meetings; represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events as needed.Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to address customer needs and influence the product roadmap.Position Requirements1+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, IT Security, Field CTO, Technical Evangelist, or Technical Account Manager roles for enterprise B2B software.Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, specifically (1) IT Infrastructure Security and (2) Enterprise Storage & Backup.Fluent+ in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a mandatory requirement.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both senior management and deep-tier technical audiences.Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure components is a significant advantage.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or 2+ years of equivalent Solution Engineering experience.Ability to travel up to 15%.
