This is not a typical pre-sales role; it requires end-to-end ownership from solution design to operational landing, ensuring seamless implementation, scalability, and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Operations, Product, and Commercial teams, driving local solution customization while aligning with HQ standards. The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational acumen, and the ability to translate commercial opportunities into executable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ImplementationLead the design of integrated logistics solutions covering warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, and fulfilment operations.Own the full solution lifecycle; from client requirements gathering, pre-sales engagement, and proposal design, to operational launch and post-sales optimization.Ensure alignment between JD HQ’s product capabilities and local market needs, customizing solutions to fit UAE and GCC logistics landscapes.Cross-functional LeadershipCollaborate with Operations, Sales, Product, and IT teams to ensure smooth solution implementation and scalability.Act as the bridge between HQ product development and local execution teams, ensuring clarity of technical requirements and delivery timelines.Partner with commercial teams to translate customer pain points into actionable logistics and technology solutions.Operational ExcellenceOversee operational rollout of solutions ensuring SLAs, cost efficiencies, and quality standards are met.Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, automation, and service quality.Identify opportunities for localization and innovation in JD’s existing product and service offerings.Stakeholder & Customer EngagementSupport sales teams during pre-sales with solution presentations, RFP responses, and pricing inputs.Engage with key clients to understand evolving needs and ensure post-implementation satisfaction.Liaise with JD HQ teams to communicate local market insights, solution enhancements, and product feature requests.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).8–12 years of experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Supply Chain Operations, including solution design and implementation.Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics projects or programs (pre-sales to post-operations).Strong understanding of B2B and B2C logistics models, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and fulfilment processes.Demonstrated ability to work with cross-border teams, ideally in a multinational logistics organization.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of influencing both internal and external partners.English and Mandarin language proficiencyPreferred BackgroundPrevious experience in logistics solutioning roles at large ecommerce or logistics operations organisationsExposure to program management or operations program roles involving cross-functional delivery ownership.Familiarity with technology-driven logistics platforms and automation systems.What We Offer:The exciting opportunity to shape category strategies and contribute to the growth of a new and dynamic e-commerce business.A diverse, inclusive work environment, where you can make a significant impact on JD.com's regional presence.A competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, pension, and performance bonuses.JD.com is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
