If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.Role PurposeAct as back office engineer for all SOC-Services Nodes. also be involved in the troubleshooting of any issues.Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership Support and develop new tabs on VAS Investigator tool Knowledge sharing for any new information with 1st line team members Own complaints and cases escalated from first line Services Support for 24/7 availability Handle customer care individual complains received from call center , retails , corporate and Dealers Handle the incident management function for all services such as (Payment , Charging , IN, Messaging and VAS) Handle the execution of the Changes requests CRQs for services domains (( Payment , Charging , IN, Messaging and VAS) Provide & develop customized solutions and applications to most of the call centers teams to assist them handling customer complains faster and get MAX customer satisfactionCore Competencies, Knowledge, And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Communication or equivalent experience 2 years experience in similar fieldApplication support or Software developing such as UNIX shell scripting basic experience is a plusOS such as UNIX , LINUXDatabase administration or SQL scripting experienceCore competencies, knowledge and experienceDedication, sense of ownership, and ability to work within a team Innovative & creative thinking for new solutions, technologies and data protectionThe ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines cross the function groupsEye for details and accuracyWho We AreWe are a leading international Telco, serving millions of customers.
