Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):Sourcing profiles from Job portals, networking sites, referencing networking, and job hunting. Screening candidates and do a first round teleconference or personal interview before passing the candidate. Data management and mining of candidates profiles, for recruitment active pipeline. To manage the recruitment supplier base and advertising and explore newer avenues for sourcing ideal profiles. Coordinating with candidates in all stages until onboarding. Responsible for validating the documents as per the guideline.
