Sourcing & Production Manager – 3rd Party ManufacturingCitizens of Humanity and AGOLDE are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing & Production Manager to oversee all aspects of third-party manufacturing across Wovens, Knits, Sweaters, Outerwear, and Accessories. This role will manage the full lifecycle from product development through production, ensuring exceptional quality, competitive costing, and on-time delivery within a premium, design-driven environment.Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end production timelines, calendars, and budgets to meet delivery goals• Lead sourcing strategy, identifying and developing best-in-class manufacturing partners to support margin, quality, and scalability• Oversee vendor performance, pricing negotiations, capacity planning, and compliance• Implement and uphold rigorous quality control standards; collaborate closely with QA to ensure product excellence• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Operations, and Sales to ensure seamless execution from concept to shipment• Anticipate and troubleshoot production challenges to maintain timelines and cost parameters• Provide leadership and direction to internal and external production teams• Ensure adherence to all industry, safety, and ethical manufacturing standardsQualifications• 3–5 years apparel sourcing or production management experience• Expertise in global supply chain, vendor management, and production processes• Exceptional project management, organization, and problem-solving abilities• Strong communication and leadership skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentRole Details• Reports to: Chief Product Officer• Location: Los Angeles HQ• Employment Type: Full-time
