Sourcing Executive

We’re looking for a Sourcing Executive who’s passionate about great design, quality products, and finding the perfect balance between creativity and value.At Photobook, you’ll play a key role in sourcing materials and products that bring our brand vision to life.What You’ll Be DoingDiscover and source new materials and products from reliable suppliers locally and overseas.Keep a pulse on market trends and innovations to bring fresh, inspiring ideas to our product lineup.Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure every sourced item reflects Photobook’s brand story and quality standards.Manage material planning including cost calculations, inventory updates, and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery timelines to secure the best outcomes.What We're Looking For2–3 years of experience in Sourcing /ProcurementStrong communication and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.Mandarin proficiency is required as this job required dealing with overseas suppliers/e-commerce platforms.Passionate about new product, design, quality, and continuous improvement.If you’re someone who loves finding creative sourcing solutions and takes pride in delivering quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
