Sourcing Manager IT

A leading international organisation is expanding its procurement capabilities and is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager IT to drive technology sourcing initiatives and support business growth across its German operations.Your responsibilities:Act as the procurement lead for IT-related categories, including software, hardware, and servicesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and technology goalsLead supplier negotiations and contract management, ensuring best value and complianceBuild strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and global teamsIdentify new suppliers, manage vendor performance, and drive continuous improvementSupport digital transformation and innovation initiatives through strategic sourcing solutionsContribute to process optimisation and cost-saving projects across IT procurementYour profile:5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, ideally in IT categoriesStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage complex sourcing projects independentlyExcellent communication skills in German and English (both required)Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvementDegree in Business, Supply Chain, IT Management, or a related fieldOccasional travel within Germany and Europe📍 Location: Munich (Hybrid work model)If you’re ready to make an impact and shape IT sourcing strategies within a dynamic international environment, we’d love to hear from you.📩 To apply or learn more, please contact: Shavkat.Sadinov@supply-north.com
