Role Description The Talent Sourcing Intern will play a key role in identifying and attracting the best candidates to meet organizational hiring needs. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruiting data. This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza, offering hands-on experience in building relationships with candidates and supporting recruitment goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Contract Negotiation skillsProficiency in Recruiting and talent acquisition methodsExcellent Analytical Skills for evaluating candidate profiles and recruitment metricsAbility to assist with Procurement tasks related to recruiting processesA proactive mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyBachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
