The Sous Chef will assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, monitoring inventory and supplies, and assisting in menu development. The Sous Chef will also ensure food consistency and quality while managing operations efficiently.
