Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef based in Colombo. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring the quality of dishes, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and cooking meals, assisting in menu planning, training junior staff, and collaborating with the Head Chef on various culinary tasks.
