STATUS: part-timeREPORTS TO: Spa DirectorQualificationsIdentification verifying you are at least 18 years of ageThe ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysThe ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs.)The desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentThe ability and desire to work independently with little supervisionMulti-tasking skillsStrong communication skills - the ability to speak, read, and write in the English LanguageThe ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced position with guest interactionResponsibilitiesJob Summary: Work with the Concierge Team to maintain one of the most important aspects of our guests' experiences: the cleanliness of our spaClean toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stoopingAdhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agentsDust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughlyVacuum throughout entire spa and retail area, empty trash in all areas of the spa.Unload laundry and organize laundry areaVisually inspect treatment rooms, lounge areas and lobby for cleanliness and appearance.Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basisPerform any other job-related duties as assignedKeep supply closet cleaned and organized.
