Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Spanish Chat Account role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The primary responsibilities include providing customer support and account management through chat in Spanish. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining accurate and detailed account information. You will also be expected to manage customer interactions professionally and contribute to upholding the company’s standards for excellent communication and support.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist Spanish-speaking customers and ensure seamless interaction.Analytical Skills to problem-solve and address customer issues efficiently and proactively.Experience or knowledge in Account Management and Finance to manage customer accounts and financial-related queries effectively.Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October and collaborate with team members in person.Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in customer service, business management, or a related field is a plus.Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish; additional language skills are an advantage.
