Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Spanish Training and Quality Lead, located in Ezbet Zayed. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, monitoring and improving team performance, ensuring quality standards are met, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. The Lead will collaborate with various departments to conduct evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and compile performance reports to support leadership in decision-making. Qualifications Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, for effective communication and training delivery.Training and coaching skills, including the design and implementation of programs to develop team capabilities.Strong analytical and performance evaluation skills, with experience in monitoring team quality and compliance.Operational knowledge of quality assurance processes, assessment metrics, and continuous improvement strategies.Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate cross-functionally and provide feedback with clarity.Proven experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the outsourcing or customer service industry is a must especially in Training.
