We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.Position: Spanish Voice Actors (Studio-Grade Recording Experience)Referral Partner: Crossing HurdlesType: Hourly contractCompensation: $120 per finished hour (after editing, mastering, cleanup as per the scripts & directions provided)Location: RemoteDuration: Project-basedCommitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronousRole Responsibilities:Record voice-overs from a professional home studio or in-studio sessions.Perform lines with clarity, emotion, and appropriate pacing.Interpret scripts and take creative direction.Revise performances based on feedback.Deliver high-quality audio files on time and in the correct format.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spanish voice actor.Proven portfolio or samples demonstrating studio-grade work.Excellent pronunciation, diction, and fluency in Spanish.Strong vocal range and adaptability across formats.Proficiency with microphone techniques and recording best practices.Basic knowledge of sound editing (noise reduction, leveling, file formatting).Access to a high-quality microphone and professional recording setup.Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines, and manage quick turnarounds.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with dubbing, ADR, or localization.Demo reel showcasing a variety of voice styles.Background in acting or performing arts.Familiarity with audio editing tools.Compensation & Contract Terms:Fixed Fee: $120 per finished hour (after editing, mastering, and cleanup).One-time onboarding and set-up fee: $20 (Expected to take a max of 1 hour).You will be classified as an independent contractor.Payments processed weekly via Stripe Connect.
