Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Spare Part Sales professional, located in Cairo. The role involves managing customer service and satisfaction, maintaining inventory control, and achieving sales targets. The professional will be tasked with interactions with customers to understand their needs, recommending products, processing orders, and tracking inventory levels to ensure adequate stock. Additionally, the role requires managing documentation and following up with customers to ensure high levels of service. Qualifications experience in spare parts from 1 year Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsStrong Sales and Communication skillsExperience with Inventory ControlExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredPrevious experience in the spare parts industry is an advantage
