Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth sales and delivery of spare parts for GustoMSC equipment. From handling customer enquiries to managing orders and coordinating with supply chain teams, you will combine your technical and commercial expertise to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective solutions. By joining our team, you will contribute to maintaining the global reputation of GustoMSC as a leader in offshore technology, while being part of a supportive and dynamic work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the sales and delivery of spare parts for GustoMSC equipment.Handle incoming customer requests (including shared aftermarket inbox management).Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.Coordinate sales and deliveries with supply chain teams, focal points, and subcontractors.Create and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on time.Work with Supply Chain to track orders, manage deliveries, and expedite urgent requests.Keep customers informed of order status and delivery timelines.Collaborate closely with Service Representatives to ensure outstanding customer service.EssentialQualifications & SkillsMBO level education with relevant working experience (Junior: 5+ years, Medior: 10+ years, Senior: 15+ years).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to interpret customer requests accurately.Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure in a service-driven environment.Self-motivated, highly organized, and a strong team player.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Fluent in English, both written and spoken.DesirableDutch language skills.Knowledge of the offshore industry.Familiarity with GustoMSC equipment (mechanical, structural, hydraulic, electrical, or control systems).Experience with OEM factories and industrial suppliers.Background in B2B customer support, sales, or order processing.What We OfferA dynamic, international work environment with a focus on innovation and collaboration.Competitive compensation package and benefits.A culture that values teamwork, accountability, and respect.Why Join Us?At GustoMSC, we don’t just design equipment - we create solutions that power the offshore industry.
