Spare Parts Specialist

Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is one of the biggest global players in smart home appliances and the information technology market.We, Metz, are looking for a talented and energetic Spare Parts Specialist for our company. The ideal candidate is to support the business development in Poland and Europe.You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international team. You will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious goals, supporting the business development across Poland and Europe.Responsibilities:Manage the overall supply of after-sales spare parts for the company's goods, such as TVs and home appliances.Perform and operate the delivery action in spare parts supply.Take care of spare parts demand plan (including the first order loss of new products and subsequent requirements FCST), cooperating with the HQ spare parts supervisorHandle PO orders. Contact service providers, agents and other European countries for spare parts application needs, receive PO orders in time, sort spare parts and arrange delivery.Conduct regular inventory counting, report the differences in inventory (surplus and loss) to the spare parts supervisor and after-sales manager in time.Write-off of defective parts: regularly clean up the defective parts returned by the service provider/agent, or regularly notify the service provider to dispose of the defective parts on site.Actively communicate and cooperate with other departments, and timely report to the after-sales manager for support if issues can't be solved.Qualifications:Proven experience of 1- 2 years in an after-sales spare parts position in the home appliance industry.Familiarity with after-sales spare parts supply chain logic.Fluent in Polish and English.Good execution and communication skills, optimistic attitude.Strong analytics skills: strong ability to handle data statistics, to understand and reference the table templates formulated by the headquarters to update relevant information.Familiarity with SAP software.
