The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, providing direct instruction, modifying curriculum, and collaborating with other educators, parents, and specialists. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and participating in meetings to support student progress and development.
